About Our Client: A global engineering company specializing in fluid solutions, the firm has an established market presence in Japan, offering a wide range of products across sectors like food and beverage, automotive, and industrial settings. Job Responsibilities: - Spearhead sales efforts for process industry products in the Japanese market. - Identify potential customers and promote products effectively. - Maintain and develop relationships with existing accounts, ensuring their needs are met, while also establishing new accounts. - Prepare detailed sales forecasts and implement strategic sales plans. - Develop market strategies and proposals tailored to client needs. - Provide consultations to clients, understanding their requirements, and advising on suitable products. - Undertake special projects as needed, ensuring compliance with established laws and guidelines. - Travel domestically as required to meet clients and prospects. The Successful Applicant: - Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably in the process industry market. - Bachelor's degree or significant technical expertise related to the products. - Strong communication and negotiation skills; adept in customer relationship management. - Fluent in Japanese and possess business-level English proficiency. - Valid Japanese driver's license required. - Must be eligible to work in Japan.

Salary¥6,000,000 - ¥10,000,000 per year
